Enter the fantastic retro-world of our Wanted!-discovery Sarah Ferri. Mysterious and fanciful, where gipsy jazz tends toward bossa nova. A lightning bolt in a dark sky: Sarah Ferri surprised the jury of singing competition De Jonge Wolf in 2009 and did so again during the city festival De Gentse Feesten of that same year. Since then she’s appeared as support-act to Caro Emerald (AB), Fischer-Z (Bijloke), Simply Red (Sportpaleis) and Jools Holland (Stadsschouwburg Brugge and Arenbergschouwburg). That's not nothing as far as recognition goes. Now this girl from Ghent with Italian roots spreads her wings with debut Ferritales, which was launched in a sold out AB Club on 20 April. High time to receive this young talent with open arms and provide her with a stage at Couleur Café!
